Dental Coverage – CIGNA Dental Insurance

Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) - Lincoln Financial Group

Group basic life, AD&D and LTD are provided to University employees at no cost to the employee. Employees have the option to purchase additional amounts of life insurance for themselves, their spouse and children and buy-up on the core LTD benefit.

Retirement Savings – TIAA-CREF

Two 403(b) plan options: the Retirement Plan (receives employer matching contributions up to 6%) and the Supplemental Retirement Plan.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) – Discovery Benefits

Two plans: Medical Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account

Tuition Waiver Program

Full-time employees are eligible for the tuition waiver for themselves, their spouse and eligible dependents.  Employees working at least 30 hours a week are eligible for the tuition waiver for themselves, only.
