The Office of Student Activities and Recreational Services offers extracurricular recreational classes each semester. The classes offered vary, but most are 8 to 16 class sessions for a small fee per semester. Classes meet in the recreation room located in the basement of Jerome Hall. Classes are subject to change. Register for classes in the Student Activities & Leadership Center.
All classes are held in Jerome Activity Room.
Past Rec Classes have included Yoga, Boxing, Zumba, P90X, Ballroom Dancing, self-defense and more.
For the 2013 Spring Semester, we will be offering Aikido, Boxing, Yoga, and Insanity Workout (free)!
