Crusader Days - Parent and Family Orientation

The Journey Begins….

Orientation assists parents of new students to understand the university environment and services, and enhances parental awareness of issues facing college students.

The University of Dallas shares your commitment to your student's personal development and academic success. We believe that appropriate parent and family involvement is an integral part of that success through college years. UD's Parent Orientation provides you with valuable resources to aid you in helping your student. You will learn about academic expectations, campus life and become acquainted with members of the UD faculty and staff.

We encourage you to participate in the day-long program.

Whether this is your first child attending college or your last to leave the nest, the program will be worthwhile for you. We look forward to you joining us for move-in and orientation.

Crusader Days Orientation Schedule

The orientation experience begins with move-in on Friday, August 29, 2014.  All new residents may go directly to their assigned residence hall and pick up their key packets and then move into their new residence hall room. Orientation Leaders will be available to help unload cars.
