Residence Halls, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
All new residents may go directly to their assigned residence hall and pick up their room key and then move into their new residence hall room. Orientation Leaders will be available to help unload cars. (After 5:00 pm, room keys may be picked up at the Campus Safety Office in Haggar University Center.)

Undergraduate deans, key administrators and staff will discuss the academic program, including advising, registration, choice of major and the Core Curriculum.

William A. Blakley Library, 11:30 a.m. - 12:50 p.m.
Learn about the 367,000 volumes, including circulating books, serials and special collections housed in the William A. Blakley Library. You'll also hear about the library's many resources, from the more than 100 databases and 37,000 electronic books to the computer labs and helpful staff.
Safety, Health, Wellness & Student Success

The Office of Personal Career Development and the Academic Success Office at UD are dedicated to the development and implementation of services that promote helpful academic tools and strategies, as well as lifelong career management skills for students and alumni. You may schedule an appointment with either office or just drop in any time!
New Parent Transitions

Student and Parent Mass
Church of the Incarnation, 5:00 p.m.
The University Chaplain will preside over this special Mass to welcome all new families into the UD community.
Family Farewell Reception
Haggar University Center, 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
New Crusaders can use this time say goodbye to their families at this farewell reception. Light hors d'oeuvre will be served.
