Amount: Full Tuition
Eligibility: National Merit Finalists who name UD as their first choice college with
the National merit Scholarship Corporation.
The University of Dallas recognizes and applauds those students who have achieved
National Merit Finalist status. Twenty National Merit Finalists will receive a full
tuition scholarship when they name UD as their first choice college with the National
Merit Scholarship Corporation by March 1st. Finalists will be informed of the full
tuition scholarship by mid-March upon the Office of Admission and Financial Aid receiving
the official list from the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. The priority deadline
for this scholarship is March 1st, and the regular deadline is April 1st. This scholarship
is inclusive of all other scholarships and grants offered through UD and is based
on the competitiveness of the applicant pool. This scholarship is renewable annually.
