The Catholic University for Independent Thinkers
The Catholic School Leadership Program teaches those skills necessary to be an effective administrator or teacher in area Catholic schools. The program consists of a series of courses that bring the light of experience and critically accepted principles to bear on the tasks of being a leader in a Catholic school, as well as a series of courses that are theological and pastoral in their orientation, bringing the light of faith to the role of school leadership.
The Catholic School Leadership Program offers a certificate and degree option, and both fulfill the administrator requirements of the Texas Catholic Conference (TCC) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). The certificate requires six of the seven courses specifically designed for training leaders in Catholic schools.
Students in the master's program are required to take six core courses in addition to seven courses designed specifically for training in successful Catholic school leadership. These core courses include:
| RPS 6311. Liturgy and Sacraments | RPS 6314. Church History |
| RPS 6312. Moral Theology | RPS 6010. Proseminar |
| RPS 6313. Systematic Theology | Elective |
