All student employees MUST complete employee paperwork once hired. You may pick up your paperwork packet from the Office of Human Resources at any time during normal business hours, or you may print them here:
Jobs which require a student to have a Work Study award (federal, state or institutional) will have "Work Study" indicated on the job post. You MUST have been awarded Work Study in order to apply for these positions. For the most part, these are the jobs that are most readily available to students.
If you have not been awarded Work Study and you have completed a FAFSA, you may place yourself on the Work Study Wait List . Each year, two weeks after the start of a semester, Financial Aid will redistribute Work Study funds from students who are not using the awards to students on the Wait List. These funds are awarded based on first-come, first-served and financial need. If you have any questions of whether or not you would be eligible for funds if they become available, please contact your Financial Aid Counselor.

There are a limited number of jobs which do NOT require a student to have Work Study to be eligible to apply. Typically students who have experience and specialized skills are selected for these positions. Various internships on campus are included in these positions.
