The Rathskeller venue has been extended to include the upstairs patio for the accommodation of all UD community, alumni, and guests who want to enjoy the concert.

Friday, Jan. 29

The Groundhog Champagne Breakfast hosted by the SG Senior Committee takes place in Haggar Cafe on Friday morning at 9 am. Enjoy complementary breakfast and a mimosa if you are of age!

Saturday, Jan. 30

Start the morning off right with the Groundhog 5K at 9 am hosted by Student Foundations!

When you've recovered from your morning run, come down to the MacNab Rugby Pitch to watch the the upperclassmen and underclassmen battle it out in the Groundhog Powder-puff Game at 11 am followed by the traditional Groundhog Rugby Match at 2 pm featuring our Rugby Club Hoggies.

Finally, close off your day at the official Groundhog Party featuring our Battle of the Bands Winner, High Definition, and Scythian. Doors open at 8 pm. Your sweatshirt is your ticket for entry and includes all food and drink at Groundhog.

Unfortunately, due to flooding in the prior months (our beloved) Groundhog Park is inaccessible. We will be creating our own park on the UD campus field adjacent to the outdoor basketball courts to mimic the park's qualities.

The spirit of Groundhog shows the novelty of the school and how everyone comes together as a community. We cannot wait to celebrate with all of you!
