John Kaisersatt has practiced business law for 23 years in law firms and a fortune
500 company. John's diverse legal experience spreads from internet, privacy and data
licensing to private offerings of securities to a variety of commercial transactions.
He is Of Counsel with Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC, a full-service law firm
with offices in Plano, Houston and Silicon Valley. John has organized and facilitated
business ethics case study forums and workshops for executives and young professionals
for over ten years and advises executives and organizations on improving business
and personal performance and impact through a focus on purpose.
John grew up in the DFW area and returned in 2005 after living in Los Angeles, Austin,
San Antonio and Houston. He received his BA in International Relations from University
of Southern California, his Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law,
and his MBA from Texas Christian University.
