Dr. Rodney Hilpirt

Dr. Hilpirt received his Ph.D. in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of North Texas.  He has been with the University of Dallas since 1999, and he spent several years in human resources before joining UD.

Dr. Hilpirt teaches courses in Compensation Management, Employee and Labor Relations, Employee and Workforce Law, Human Behavior in Organizations, Human Resource Management, Management Policy and Practice, Research Practicum and Value-Based Leadership.  He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
