Dr. Therese Sprinkle

Dr. Sprinkle received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Cincinnati in 2012, where she also served as a research and teaching assistant. Before joining the University of Dallas Faculty in 2012, Dr. Sprinkle was an Assistant Professor at Thomas More College. Dr. Sprinkle is also a member of the Academy of Management, as well as the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology.

Dr. Sprinkle is teaching the Capstone experience, and has taught Organizations and Management, Organizational Behavior, Management Perspectives, Management, Human Resource Management, and Employee Performance
