Cross-Functional MBA Concentration

The Cross-Functional option enables you to get your MBA your way. Choose this option if you want the utmost flexibility in designing a custom curriculum that fits your personal educational, career or professional needs. Under the Cross-Functional option you will select five courses in addition to completing the Core Curriculum. It is your choice as to which courses you select. In your final term, you will select a Capstone course that integrates your previous coursework.
The Cross-Functional option is ideal for the more experienced manager or the management-oriented student needing broad-based knowledge of a variety of management topics. You choose courses from a variety of concentrations, giving you a broad educational experience designed to advance your unique educational, professional or career goals.
The Cross-Functional option also works well for students who want to develop more specific cross-discipline knowledge. In this case, you choose courses that combine two or more specializations that meet your personal, career or professional needs.

MBA Degree Requirements
In addition to the MBA core course requirements, students must complete any five elective courses (15 credit hours). In the final term, students select any Capstone that integrates the previous coursework.
