Human Resource Management

Human Resource Management prepares human resource professionals to function effectively in an increasingly complex business environment. The program provides comprehensive coverage of both the operational and strategic aspects of human resource management within a global context.

The courses in Human Resource Management prepare students to meet the challenges created by shifts in employee values and attitudes, an aging population, greater diversity, and the constant evolution of jobs, work, and organizations.

In addition to the MBA core course requirements, students who complete all four Human Resource Management concentration courses will receive a Concentration in Human Resource Management designation on their transcript.
