Applying online is quick and easy. When you apply online, you can track the status of your application electronically.  

Application Checklist

All Applicants:

  • Completed online application
  • $50 application fee
  • $100 international transcript evaluation fee (for all applicants who have international academic credentials)
  • Current resume or C.V.
  • Official transcripts/individual mark sheets from all institutions attended
  • Copy of diploma/graduation certificate for degree earned abroad

Additional Requirements for International applicants and U.S. Permanent Residents:

  • Copy of front and back of Permanent Resident Card (if applicable)
  • Diploma Supplement (Bologna-compliant degree holders only)
  • Confirmation of Financial Resources Form (F1 and J1 Visa holders only)
  • Bank statement (F1 and J1 Visa holders only)
  • TOEFL score of at least 79 (IBT), 213 (CBT), or 550 (PBT) with sub-scores equivalent to the following on the IBT: 21 for Reading, Writing and Speaking; 17 for Listening OR an IELTS score of 6.5. Click here to learn more about the TOEFL exemption rules.

Once we receive your complete application, including fees and all of your official documents, we will begin evaluation of your application for acceptance into the program.

Here are a few tips to help you with the online application:

  1. Save your work before moving to the next page of the application.

  2. You can access your application and edit your responses with your PIN and password until you have selected “Submit” on the application.

  3. Until you submit the application, processing of your application cannot begin. Evaluation of your application cannot begin until we have received your complete application, including fees and all of your official documents.

Application Deadlines

The University of Dallas operates on a rolling admission basis, which means we will review all applications we receive, regardless of when they arrive, and generally in the chronological order in which they are received (as completed applications). We strongly recommend that your completed application for admission is received by our office by the recommended deadlines below.

U.S. Applicants Recommended Deadline:
To ensure admission into the term of your choice, we recommend that you submit your application and documents at least two weeks prior to the term start date. Your application will be reviewed for the next available start date.

NOTE: There are fewer courses offered in the second part of the term. For the best selection of classes, we recommend timing your application to allow you to start at the beginning of a term.

International Student Deadline:
(F-1 or J-1 Visa holders or Permanent Residents with international degrees)

Spring I December 1, 2009
Summer I March 26, 2010
Fall I July 10, 2010

To meet the application deadlines, we recommend that International students apply at least six weeks prior to the beginning of the trimester to allow adequate time for I-20 and Visa processing.
