MS/MBA Dual Degree Program

A 56 credit hour program designed to equip graduates with an MBA degree built on a strong foundation in management and a four-course specialty in one of four concentration areas, while providing a Master of Science degree focused on a technical or skill area concentration.

Majors

The added value in taking these two degrees in combination is that a number of courses from your MBA program can also be used to meet the Master of Science requirements. The MS/MBA dual degree is offered in Accounting, Information Assurance, and Information Technology.

Your Advisor can help you tailor an MBA to meet your specific personal or professional goals.

Foundation Requirements

All Master of Science students are required to complete prerequisite courses for the program through graduate or undergraduate coursework. If you have completed undergraduate equivalent courses, some or all of the prerequisite courses may be waived.

Click here to see a list of prerequisite courses and options for meeting the requirements.

Your Advisor can help you determine which courses you may need and options for completing the required foundational courses.

Flexible Format

One of the best features of our program is that you can select from a variety of class options to fit your schedule.

Year-Round Program
With three trimesters per year (fall, spring and summer), you can take classes year-round to complete your degree faster.

Weekend, Evening and Intensive Formats
With most classes meeting only once a week, you can choose from evening and weekend class times. Some classes are also offered in an intensive, accelerated format.

On Campus or Online Option
Classes are offered at our main campus in Irving, Texas, and Frisco Learning Center. Many of our classes are available online for the convenience of our students who travel frequently or live outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You can even combine online and on-campus courses to complete your degree. Click here to learn more about our online learning option.
