Non-Degree Seeking Students

If you are not currently enrolled in the School of Ministry graduate programs but are interested in taking classes for credit, you would be considered a Special Student. Non-degree seeking students who are interested in auditing classes in the School of Ministry graduate program may consider registering in our Community Education program.

Special Students

To be considered for admission as a Special Student (i.e., credit seeking but non-degree seeking), please submit:

• • A completed Special Student Application Form  with signature and date
    • Download and mail to the School of Ministry at:

You may also fax your completed application to 972-721-4076.

• • A non-refundable application fee ($50) payable by check only.
  • Official transcripts
    • These must be sent directly to School of Ministry from each college or university attended, even if no credit was earned.
    • Transcripts issued to students and then turned into the School of Ministry are not official and will not be accepted.
    • Please note that there is an additional one-time fee of $175.00 for the evaluation of international transcripts.  Payable by check or online.

Community Education Students

To be considered for admission as a Community Education Student (i.e., auditing courses but non-credit and non-degree seeking), please submit:

• • A completed Community Education Registration Form  with payment
    • Download and mail to the School of Ministry at:

Please note, no credit is awarded for these courses. Once a course is completed as an audit, the course must be retaken to receive credit. Student will not be allowed to enter a course as a Community Education Student without signed permission of the instructor.
