His Eminence Oscar Andres Cardinal Rodriguez Maradiaga, Archbishop of Tegucigalpa, Honduras, and recently-appointed chair of the eight advising cardinals to Pope Francis, will deliver the keynote addresses at the 7th Annual University of Dallas Ministry Conference on Friday, Oct. 25 and Saturday, Oct. 26 at the Irving Convention Center.
