On Friday, Oct. 10, at 4:30 p.m. in the Art History Auditorium, Peter Ahrensdorf of Davidson College will be delivering a lecture on Achilles and David. The lecture should be of interest to most faculty and students, graduate and undergraduate, but it should be of special interest to students in Literary Tradition I and Understanding the Bible.

Family Day (Sunday, Oct. 5) will kick off the 2014 UD Charity Week with carnival style games and events for all ages (such as corn hole, cake walks, face painting, Frisbee, juggling and crafts) as well as snacks and prizes. The event runs 10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

On Sept. 4 in Barcelona, Spain, the Satish and Yasmin Gupta College of Business was admitted as a member of CLADEA (The Latin American Council of Management Schools).
