Monika is the senior treasury manager at Fluor. She received her bachelor's degrees in mathematics and economics from the University of Dallas and her master's of business administration from Southern Methodist University. She is a results oriented professional, offering over twelve years of proven success as a Corporate Treasury Professional, Actuarial Consultant, Accountant, Financial Analyst and Undergraduate Tutor/Mentor.
Jesus Cañas is an associate economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. As member of the regional group he analyzes the regional economy, with special focus on the Texas—Mexico border region. His research at the Fed also focuses on issues pertaining to the Mexican economy and the maquiladora industry. Cañas has written articles for various Federal Reserve Bank publications and academic journals such as Annals of Regional Science and Growth and Change. Cañas holds a BA in economics and finance and MS in economics from the University of Texas at El Paso.
Davin, director of wireless services at MetroPCS, has led the social, messaging, and advertising product teams at MetroPCS in the launch of key services. With a background in early phase technology/company analysis and mobile media, he pulls together a solution that truly gets at the key "pain point". With a range of experiences in technology, finance, and strategy positions, he has worked with major VC firms in Silicon Valley and other locations to explore early stage start-ups of interest, particularly in the mobile and advertising industry.
Robert is a managing director at RD & Associates. He received his doctorate in business administration from Texas Tech University and taught at UD from 1985-1997.
An accomplished supply chain management professional with experience in purchasing management, supply chain processes, Six Sigma Project Management and training development, Mark is procurement manager at Bell Helicopter. Skilled in high value contract negotiations, procurement procedures and commodity strategy development, he has led both strategic and tactical supply chain organizations, including the creation of a greenfield tactical procurement department. He received a master's of business administration in Global Business from the University of Dallas in 2010.
James received his bachelor's of business administration in finance from the University of North Texas and his master's of business administration in corporate finance from the University of Dallas. Currently, he is employed at Citigroup as an Assistant Vice President within the Financial Planning and Analysis group. In his current role, he supports the US Commercial Bank where his main focus is to provide insight through financial reporting.
