Due to anticipated structural work in the apartments immediately after graduation, spring campus apartment residents registered for a Mayterm class who request campus housing must relocate over to an assigned temporary room in West Hall when directed to do so. Also, effective with Mayterm 2015, there is a flat $300 charge per resident to remain for the additional 3 weeks past the official end of the annual apartment contract.
Spring apartment residents are expected to follow normal check out procedures from the apartment before Mayterm relocation. Failure to complete the proper check-out process WILL result in an 'improper check-out' fine. Send an email to email@example.com to request campus housing for the Mayterm period due to Mayterm class registration. Remember that there is also no food service available anywhere on campus during Mayterm.

Upon formal request to the Office of Student Life, Mayterm housing will be available for registered Mayterm students. However, unless you are a current resident in 'West Hall' you WILL be required to move immediately after spring hall closing as the remaining halls will close that same weekend. Regardless of your current hall assignment, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org to request paid campus housing for Mayterm due to enrollment in a Mayterm class. Traditional hall residents will later receive an email with the relocation details of the temporary Mayterm room assignment. While there is no food service available anywhere on campus during Mayterm, there will be a side room off the main lounge in West Hall available with a microwave and refrigerator for resident use.
If you also plan to register for summer classes after Mayterm, you must apply separately as 'West Hall' will be closed to residents immediately after Mayterm and any continuing summer residents will then be required to move over to the designated summer hall, Madonna Hall, for the remainder of the official summer class period. Madonna Hall will be coed by floor during the summer.
