Open Enrollment meetings will be held in the upstairs Haggar dining room, Monday, November 3 at 3:00 and 6:30 p.m. and Tuesday, November 11 at 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Come hear about new benefit offerings, including two new medical plan choices and a new vision benefit. Representatives from CARES, BlueCross BlueShield of Texas, CIGNA Dental, Eye Med, Patient Care and TIAA-CREF will be making short presentations and will be available for informal round table discussions immediately following the presentations.
Spouses are welcome to attend and childcare will be available for the evening sessions for children ages 3-11. Refreshments will also be available.

This year all employees must affirm (or waive) their enrollment in medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending accounts. Enrollment is ONLINE this year.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)- Medical and Dependent Care Accounts
UD offers two flexible spending accounts (FSA)- medical and dependent care. The 2015 maximums for these accounts are $2,550 for the medical FSA and $5,000 for the dependent care FSA. This section contains a guide to understanding flexible spending accounts.
*New: Employees can rollover up to $500 of their remaining balance to the following year beginning in 2014 (maximums still apply).
