The Office of the Registrar will be closed for the Christmas holiday on Friday and Monday, December 23 and 26, and for the New Year holiday on Monday, January 2.

Spring 2017 Commencement Information

The Commencement ceremony for undergraduates, Braniff Liberal Arts, and Ann & Joe O. Neuhoff School of Ministry will take place Sunday, May 14, at 9am.

Registration Information  

Continuing Students: Online early registration for Spring 2017 will be open Monday, October 31, 2016 through Friday, December 16, 2016.

New Students: Online registration for new students is Monday, January 16, 2017, through Tuesday, January 24, 2017.

Students under the age of 22 returning from leave must also provide proof of immunization from meningitis. For more information click here

Incomplete Grade Contract  

The Incomplete Grade Contract (Form 120) may be printed by either the student or the professor, but must be signed by both.  A grade of "I" - Incomplete - will not be awarded without a contract on file in the Registrar's office.

Voter Registration Information:   

Voter registration deadline in Texas for the  May 24th Primary Runoff Election is April 25, 2016.

The deadline to register to vote in the May 7th Limited Uniform Election is April 7, 2016.

The deadline to register to vote in the November 8th Texas uniform election is October 11, 2016. 

If you are a Texas resident 18 or over and not already registered, you may obtain a form in the Registrar's Office or print the appropriate application from one of the websites printed below.
