Clubs & Orgs Registration for FALL 2013 will open in August! Deadline to register & request funding for this semester is September 18, 2013!
Clubs & Orgs is now powered by OrgSync! See below for more information about how to register your club or organization and how to request funding for this semester.
OrgSync is an online organization management system that is now available for all students and student leaders on campus. This new system provides a platform with more than 35 tools that helps student leaders more effectively lead and manage their student organizations.

Your login information is the same you would use to log on to UDAir-Hotspot or any campus computer.
Example:
username: Charlie Brown = cbrown
password: 90012345
FALL 2013 DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 18, 2013!
Once you are logged in to OrgSync, click Organizations in the blue toolbar at the
top of the page.
Click on the green "Register New Organization" button at the top right hand corner (see image to the right).
You will need...
Don't have your club or org's constitution and bylaws? Contact the previous club or org president or officer to try to get it. If you don't have any luck with them, contact studentactivities@udallas.edu.
Once you've submitted your registration, the request will be sent for review and approval. You will be notified via email when it has been approved! Please allow for 3-5 days for approval to be processed.

FALL 2013 DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 18, 2013!
Part 1: Click here to download the Funding Request document. Include all of your planned events and activities and fundraising for the semester. The more detail and accurate your funding request the better. Save Funding Request document with your club or org name in the title.
Part 2: Click here to access the Funding Request Form on OrgSync. You'll be asked to upload your completed Funding Request document into the form (see image to the right)! That's it—your funding has been requested!
Club Officer Training is also around the corner! Training is required for ALL NEW officers or officers, who did not receive training last semester. It will consist of Office and OrgSync Training, as well as State Mandated Risk Management Training.
