Executives and other business professionals enroll in UD’s DBA program to further their careers in their current organizations; to enhance their knowledge, skills and credentials as consultants; or to become professors in schools of business like ours where the emphasis is on quality teaching and applied research. DBA students engage in advanced studies of leadership and management topics, learn research methods and statistics, and apply what they’ve learned in an applied research project that increases understanding of organizational processes and addresses contemporary business challenges. The DBA program is designed for working business professionals to be able to complete a doctoral-level degree in three years. Learn more.
