Rebecca V. Almanza, MBA

Rebecca V. Almanza is an experienced professional in higher education and the non-profit sectors, skilled in event and volunteer management, partnership development, communication, and marketing strategy, emphasizing diversity and inclusion. She obtained her MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona. Before coming to the University of Dallas in 2015, Rebecca taught marketing and economics to underrepresented youth and enjoyed her time working for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tucson.

Currently, she serves as the Director of Corporate Relations & Partnerships at the University of Dallas to develop and steward meaningful partnerships with corporations and community organizations. Since joining the Gupta College of Business Leadership Team, Rebecca has led the Leaders & Legends Speaker Series, Women in Business Leadership and Executives on Campus programs, and helped develop the UD Leadership Lab to meet the needs of the business community during the COVID19 pandemic. She is passionate about education, music, travel, and helping others reach their fullest potential. 

In her spare time, Rebecca volunteers within the community, her church and serves on the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities of Dallas.
