All of us in the Economics Department hope that spring 2021 is at least a little smoother sailing than spring 2020! We continue to hold the majority of our classes on ground here in Irving and have proven that we can survive both COVID and a historic Texas winter storm! The UD can-do spirit prevails! Please continue to send us your updates via the link on our alumni webpage or by emailing us directly.

My Google News alerts are set to pick up any news stories about UD students or alumni, and I’m continually encouraged by how often I see our economics alumni doing great things. I also greatly appreciate those of you who have reached out to share job leads with our current students or to work together to strengthen relationships between UD and the organizations that you are involved with. Keep it coming! There are few things more rewarding than hearing about our alumni’s good work.

Sincerely,
