Take the Orange Line west toward the Irving Convention Center; get off at University of Dallas Station | Follow the walkway west along the tracks; then take the ramp or stairs to ground level | [For the elevator, leave the station platform via the tunnel instead; at ground level, follow the sidewalk along the SH 114 westbound frontage road to Tom Braniff Drive; cross to the top of the ramp/stairs at the opposite corner of the intersection] | Follow Tom Braniff Drive across SH 114; cross the eastbound frontage road to the University of Dallas campus | Follow the temporary asphalt walkway to Constantin Avenue (which is unmarked at the walkway) | Turn right on Constantin Avenue and then left onto Gorman Drive | Take the next left onto Haggar Circle; the Art History Building is first on the left | Walk around either end of the building onto the wraparound balcony; enter from the far side.

Take the exit for Tom Braniff Drive | At the light for Tom Braniff Drive, turn left to cross over State Highway 114 | Go through the next light | Turn right onto campus via Blakley Drive | At the T intersection, right onto Constantin Avenue | At the T intersection, turn left onto Gorman Drive | Turn left onto Haggar Circle; the Art History Building is first on the left | Walk around either end of the building onto the wraparound balcony; enter from the far side

Parking on campus

Limited parking is available on Haggar Circle adjacent to the Art History Building. For additional parking, return to Gorman Drive and continue up the hill. Limited parking, including additional handicapped spaces, can be found at the top of the hill, with an ample parking lot shortly thereafter.

UD in the Community: Lamberti's Carries On Tradition

Its connection to UD helps the alumnus-owned Lamberti's fulfill its three pillars: local, tradition and famiglia. Lamberti's was the vendor for this year's Groundhog "Party in the Park" celebration; additionally, Lamberti's is looking into carrying Due Santi Rosso wine from UD's own vineyard on the Eugene Constantin Campus.

University of Dallas Dedicates Cardinal Farrell Hall -- Its New 'Front Door'

The University of Dallas community gathered on Friday, Feb. 2, 2018, for the formal blessing and opening of Cardinal Farrell Hall, named after our former bishop of Dallas, previous chancellor and longtime friend of the university, Kevin Cardinal Farrell. The opening of the new student-focused building marks the completion of one of several capital projects, a part of a broader institutional effort to transform the university's Irving campus.

Textile and Ceramic Exhibition Arrives from North Carolina Mountain Range

The Beatrice M. Haggerty Gallery proudly announces the opening of a two-person exhibition, "What Remains," featuring artists Rachel Meginnes and Assistant Professor of Ceramics Kelly O'Briant. The exhibition is curated by Penland Gallery Director Kathryn Gremley of the Penland School of Craft in North Carolina. In 2001, O'Briant received a two-year Core Fellowship from the Penland School of Craft, where Meginnes recently completed a three-year residency.
