UD Chamber Ensemble Performance
Employee Appreciation Week is our time to recognize UD employees for all of the hard work, perseverance and teamwork they have shown in the past year.
The Employee Appreciation Week Committee has planned a week-long series of events
to celebrate UD employees around the theme UD Employees Rock! You will see this theme reflected in the events (listed below) for the week. We
couldn't do it without you! All of the contributions and efforts made by UD faculty
and staff is what sets the University of Dallas apart from other institutions. You
are an integral part not only of our shared educational mission, but of our vision
to be recognized as the best Catholic liberal arts university in the country.
We hope that through these events, we can come together as a community and celebrate
what makes the University of Dallas a great place to work - YOU!
All faculty and staff are invited to participate in any of the activities below. Mark your calendars for the events you want to attend! At every event, you will be asked to sign a sign-in sheet. Your name will be entered into a drawing to win a prize for each live activity or event that you attend. The more events you attend, the more chances you have at winning! Winners will be announced by Tuesday, April 12, 2022.

Biometric Screenings | 7am - 12pm
E-Health Screening testing includes Total Cholesterol, BMI, Glucose, Blood Pressure and Waist Circumference. You will be required to fast for at least nine (9) hours prior to your testing.
Sign up for an appointment time here. The screening key is HMA181. Walk-ins will be accepted if space allows.

Health Fair | 10am - 2pm
Join us for the UD Health Fair! Representatives from Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, RxBenefits, HSABank, and OneAmerica will be there to answer any questions you might have about UD's health plans. There will be door prizes and raffles for everyone who attends.
Airrosti, an orthopedic partner of BCBS, will be performing consultations and muscle work. Register here. (Space is limited.)

Join us at a baseball game recognizing our UD employees! Attendees will get UD gear (while supplies last) while cheering on the hometeam.

Service Anniversary Recognition Ceremony | 10am
By invitation only.
The event will begin with a reception where employees with 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service can share congratulations with their colleagues who started on their journey as a UD employee at the same time. The Executive Team will be on hand to thank employee recipients for their loyalty and support to the university. President Sanford will provide a short keynote address followed by the recognition ceremony.
