Date Published: Tuesday, Dec. 4
UD's Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business announced a partnership with The Study USA. The new partnership aims to further the Gupta College of Business’ mission to prepare
students in a wide variety of management specialties, serving a range of industries.
“The Study USA’s commitment to empowering women-led businesses and next-generation
entrepreneurs to achieve their full potential aligns with our mission to prepare our
students to become principled and moral leaders,” said Gupta College of Business Dean
Brett J. L. Landry. “This partnership is a natural fit, and we look forward to welcoming
The Study’s members into our classrooms."
Through this partnership, The Study USA members will be eligible for special tuition
benefits when they enroll at the UD. Benefits can be applied to undergraduate, graduate
and continuing education programs in the Gupta College of Business’ Center for Executive
Education.
“Advancing opportunities for women-led businesses requires that the women-leaders
have access to resources to foster the growth of their businesses. Partnering with
the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business directly connects our female entrepreneurs
with the diverse and talented faculty and staff at the university. In addition to
these valuable resources for our female founders, we look forward to being a complementary
resource for the university’s female entrepreneurs, providing a home for their new
ventures,” said Tom Foley, director of The Study USA.
The Study USA joins other university partners, including Southwest Airlines, Kroger,
Michaels, Holmes Murphy, India Association of North Texas (IANT), CHRISTUS Health
and several others.
"We are proud to partner with an organization dedicated to furthering the educational
goals of its members," said University of Dallas Corporate Relations and Partnerships
Manager Rebecca Almanza. "Through our partnership, the Gupta College of Business will
support the Study USA members in their pursuit of higher education."
