Please make sure to submit all supporting documentation if you did not attach it to
this form. You may:

3. Mail documents to University of Dallas Financial Aid Office/1845 E Northgate Dr/Irving
TX 75062, or
4. Drop documents by our office in Carpenter Hall, first floor.
You must also complete verification before your special circumstance will be reviewed.
Please submit the completed verification worksheet (available here) to our office. Please make sure to either submit tax information by using data retrieval
on the FAFSA or by requesting a tax transcript and sending that to our office as well.
Once we have received all necessary documents for verification and the special circumstance(s),
your information will be reviewed. You will hear back from us regarding changes to
your financial aid award package within two weeks via email.
