+ Read MoreOnce aid has been accepted and all necessary documentation complete (e.g. Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note), aid is considered to be pending. The Financial Aid Office will push all aid for a term to "memo," meaning Student Account Services can view pending aid and use it to clear a balance. Book Vouchers and Emergency Advances can be requested if pending financial aid exceeds a student's balance.
Disbursement means that funds have actually been credited or paid to a student's account. After a balance has been cleared, any excess remaining (credit) will generate a refund within two weeks.
The dates below signify the earliest disbursement date for each term in the upcoming academic year. If required documentation is not completed with our office, disbursement may be delayed. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
Please visit Student Account Services, to see information on a book voucher, emergency advance requests, important dates, and more.
