Current spring apartment residents wishing to remain on campus past the end of the spring and Mayterm to take UD summer classes will be required to move to the summer hall (Madonna) after the end of Mayterm classes. After Mayterm there will be various summer conference groups using apartments over the summer.
Otherwise, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by April 15th to request paid housing ($300) in your current apartment for Mayterm only due to Mayterm class registration or after providing proof of full time employment to simply remain during Mayterm. A separate summer application to live in the summer hall is required via the link at the bottom of this section.
Current spring hall residents wishing to remain on campus as a summer student worker must also apply via the link below. Apartments will not be available for summer student workers. Arrangements for campus housing in the summer hall are only possible if able to provide proof of UD summer class registration for both summer sessions or proof of employment at a minimum of 30 hours per week for the duration of the summer until summer housing closes at midnight of August 10, 2018.
SUMMER ONE/TWO Undergraduates: Immediately after the end of the Mayterm period, Madonna Hall will be used for enrolled summer one and summer two students as well as any full-time summer student workers who apply for summer campus housing. The hall will be co-ed by floor during this period.
Current undergraduates returning to take summer 2018 classes will be billed $600 per student/per normal summer session for a double, triple or quad room along with a separate per student/per summer session charge for the mandatory 19 meal plan. Only the 19 meal plan is available during the summer. Summer student workers pay the same rates as students enrolled in summer classes.

O'HARA: New and continuing students specifically enrolled in the 8-week O'Hara summer 2018
program will be billed $960 per student per double room. A separate charge will also be billed for the mandatory
19 meal plan.
ALL summer program participants must move out by absolutely no later than midnight of Friday, August 10th due to the annual campus-wide utility shutdown the weekend of August 11th and 12th. Sorry, no exceptions are possible.
