Enrollment Verifications

The Registrar's Office processes enrollment verifications for all Constantin, Braniff, Ann & Joe O. Neuhoff School of Ministry and College of Business students.

Enrollment is reported monthly to the National Student Clearinghouse. If your lender is not a member of the Clearinghouse, you may send a pre-printed form to the Registrar's office by email or mail, or you can come to our office and fill out the appropriate form in the Registrar's Office.

Please be advised that loan deferments are completed for only one term. You must resubmit forms each term. Also, please make sure you include the address to which the form is to be mailed.

If your registration is not complete or if you are not half time (or full time) as defined below, then we cannot process your verification.

Undergraduates:

Spring, Summer, or Fall -- 6-11 hours is half time; 12+ hours is full time.
Interterm -- 3 hours is full time.

Braniff:

Spring, Summer, or Fall -- 6-8 hours is half time; 9+ hours is full time.
Enrollment in Doctoral Readings, Thesis or Doctoral Dissertation constitutes full time status.

Graduate Programs for the Satish and Yasmin Gupta College of Business and Ann & Joe O. Neuhoff School of Ministry:

Spring, Summer, or Fall -- 6-8 hours is half time; 9+ hours is full time.

We will not send a verification that does not meet the guidelines on the form, since we cannot give inaccurate information. Please note: a signature is required for release of GPA (GPA is reported in as 4 digits and is never rounded, e.g. 3.999).

Please note: Federal privacy laws prohibit including the Social Security number on a phoned-in verification request. If your form must include your SS# to identify you, we must receive a signed release from from you by fax, mail, or at the counter.

To Russia with UD: Faculty to Lead UD's First Tour of Russia

This summer, the University of Dallas invites students, alumni, faculty and staff to join its first-ever tour abroad of Russia, led by Professor of Physics Richard Olenick and Affiliate Instructor of Spanish, French and Italian Irina Rodriguez. From June 8 to June 16, 2020, Olenick and Rodriguez will guide participants through the cities of Moscow and St. Petersburg, taking them on a cultural and literary tour of the "Russian soul."
