Checklist for Continuing Students

The University of Dallas is excited to welcome you to the upcoming Fall 2018 semester. Student Account Services would like to provide a checklist to help you complete your registration and ensure you are clear with our office.

Know Your Dates

Payment Arrangements:
Deadline for making payment arrangements for your student account for the Fall 2018 is August 1, 2018.
Payment arrangement deadline for Spring 2019 is January 8, 2019.

Health Insurance Waiver:
Deadline to waive the University Health Insurance is September 8, 2018.
The website to waive health insurance will be available after May 1, 2018.
Student Insurance Information.

Yearbook Waiver:
Students who do not wish not to receive the yearbook should complete the waiver.
The deadline is September 7, 2018.

Cashnet & Refunds

Parent Pin to Cashnet:
Student should setup credentials for their parents to login to Cashnet.

Online eBill Statement:
View your online statement for accurate information on Cashnet.
Cashnet for Parents
Cashnet for Students

UD Refund Program powered by BankMobile:
Setup your refund preference to receive refunds electronically from UD.
Click here for further information.

Financial Aid

Complete FAFSA:
Complete your FAFSA for the 2018-2019 academic year.

On BannerWeb

  • Check “Financial Aid Status” to verify that all requirements have been met.
  • If a loan is not on your bill, check “Accept Awards” to see if it has been accepted.
  • Report outside scholarships under “Resources” tab.

Additional Information

Check for Holds:
Check on BannerWeb for any holds that will prevent you from completing your registration.

Complete Student Financial Responsibility Agreement (SFRA):
Student must complete the SFRA on BannerWeb.
Click the “Registration” link under the “Student” tab.

Parking Permit:
Obtain your parking permit if you will have a car on campus.

UD Email:
Check your UD email often for important information. If you prefer, there is an option to forward your UD email to an account of your choosing.

University of Dallas Expands Classical Education Program

As many as 100 classical school teachers will receive scholarships this year as the University of Dallas intensifies its efforts within the classical education arena. The university also plans to bring on two new tenure-track faculty members, each devoted primarily to one of two programs in the Braniff Graduate School of Liberal Arts.
