First Floor: Two three-story-tall glass entryways lead to a main foyer of white terrazzo tile. A student-focused “Main Street” provides convenient, one-stop access to financial aid, registration, student accounts and student employment services. Second Floor: Three classrooms have been designed for three teaching styles: traditional seminar to facilitate open discussion, experiential learning for small breakout group discussions and activities, and a computer/technology lab. A state-of-the-art multipurpose/board room with a terrace patio offers unobstructed views of Braniff Mall, and the Provost’s Suite completes the floor. Third Floor: An executive suite is home to the President’s Office. The Office of Development and University Relations, which includes development, alumni relations and marketing and communications, occupies the building’s east side. |

Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) certification standards will be applied with the goal of achieving LEED Silver certification; LEED is a set of rating systems of green buildings as outlined by the United States Green Building Council. Design, construction, operation and maintenance will support the university’s commitment to energy efficiency, water conservation and green architecture. |
