Advertising at the 2015 UD Ministry Conference is an excellent way to give your product and services more exposure and to increase booth traffic. There are several different ways you can advertise your organization to the conference attendees.

Program Book

This book, which will be 6" x 9" in size, will be given to all attendees (approximately 5,500) and contains valuable information about the event, exhibits, and sessions. The program book will be handed out during on-site registration and will be made available online about a week prior to the conference. All program ads should be submitted as a pdf, jpg, tiff, or eps file at a minimum resolution of 300dpi. They can be printed in black and white or grayscale. Any color ads submitted will be converted to grayscale. There is no bleed. Space reservation is due by September 1, 2015 and all artwork is due September 15, 2015. Advertising space is limited and first priority will be given to UDMC Sponsors and Exhibitors. All advertising applicants will be contacted the first week of September to confirm ad placement.

Entrance Unit

For those interested in prime advertising at the conference, we encourage you to consider sponsoring an Entrance Unit (4 available). Each unit will include 4 large panels of a graphic of your choice (38.125" x 82") adjacent to the schedule for the conference. By sponsoring an entrance unit at the Bronze Level ($2,500), you will also get several other perks, including one exhibit booth credit, 1/2 page program advertising credit, and the opportunity to provide 5,500 bag stuffers. Give-Aways (Bag Stuffers)

If you will be participating as an exhibitor at the conference, donate 5,500 of any give-away item, such as pens, notepads, magnets or informational brochures, to be included in the conference bags. This is a simple way to ensure something with your name on it goes home with every conference participant and may help drive participants to your booth while they are at the conference!

You can receive this special opportunity (until filled) by purchasing an Exhibitor Package, Sponsoring, or by paying a $200 Give Away Advertising Fee. If you would like to provide something for the bags, please fill out the Give-Away Advertising Form and email it to Emilia Leon 

Resource Spotlight Opportunity

If you are a 2015 UD Ministry Conference exhibitor, consider presenting a Resource Spotlight! Companies who choose to participate will have a 30 minute time slot to present a teaching or parish resource they have available to attendees. Companies must simply provide a resource sample or an approved give-away to everyone who attends their Resource Spotlight (up to 100 people). This year, the Resource Spotlights will be given in a breakout session room during the two breaks surrounding lunch on both Friday and Saturday. This ensures that the attendees who come to your spotlight are truly interested in your service or product! Don't miss this opportunity to reach your prime audience!

We encourage you to reserve space early if you would like to advertise at the 2015 conference. To reserve program advertising, please fill out the following forms. You can also add advertising purchases to your online Exhibitor Registration.



If mailing these forms, please include payment. If completed forms are faxed (972-721-4076) or emailed, payment must follow within 5 business days. Please email to confirm receipt of fax or if you have any questions.

Application Deadline

All applications must be postmarked (or faxed) by September 1, 2015 to guarantee advertising space. To reserve advertising space after September 1, 2015, email to confirm availability. All ad artwork is due September 15, 2015.
