Isaac's team at Southwest Airlines assists the Advertising, Market Planning, Diversity & Inclusion, Community & Strategy Outreach, International Expansion, Special Segments and Customer Engagement & National Partnerships Teams with marketing and customer research to shape strategic direction. The Team's primary job is to represent the voice of the Customer, and understand the cultural intricacies that affect the SWA Brand in the Customers' mind.

Before joining the LUV airline, Isaac taught, studied and researched at the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned his PhD Previously, he worked at several advertising agencies in account planning and research for various blue-chip brands for the better part of a decade. He enjoys writing, movies, running and giving guest lectures as often as possible.
