Center for Executive Education Programs Tuition Refund Guidelines
All requests to cancel or withdraw from courses must be submitted via the online Executive Education Withdraw Form found on the Executive Education website and link below. Requests must be received by midnight CST (central standard time) on the day of the refund deadline, as specified below. Refund eligibility is determined by the start date of individual class meetings.

*Materials that have never been opened or logged into may be returned for a full refund of cost of materials. An $18 fee will be reduced from the refund to cover the shipping and handling costs of returning the materials. A label will be emailed to the student for use in returning the materials. 1-week or less class
Refunds only allowed prior to class start date. No refunds will be given once the class begins or due to absence.

Executive Education reserves the right to cancel any class if it does not meet minimum enrollment ten business days prior to the beginning of class. The center will notify the students by email or phone based on information provided by the student. The student will be refunded 100% of the tuition costs. You may check on a course by calling (972) 721-5299 between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday through Friday).
