Gregory Scott, Jr. earned a bachelor’s degree in international business with a concentration in finance and a master’s degree in human resources from Eastern Michigan University. Gregory has spent more than twelve years in the field of human resources including five years at Aviall Services, Inc., a subsidiary of The Boeing Company, where he currently serves as the Total Rewards Program Manager. Gregory’s areas of expertise in human resources include project management, talent acquisition, performance/talent management, labor/employee relations and total rewards.
