The Project Management concentration is designed to prepare students and working professionals to lead complex projects, manage organizational change, and develop practical project management expertise across a variety of industries. The program emphasizes real-world applications, leadership development, and preparation for professional project management certifications

Through an academic partnership, students enrolled in the Dallas MBA with a Project Management concentration will complete the required concentration courses through Chrsitian Brothers University (CBU). Students admitted to the University of Dallas MBA program are automatically eligible to register for and complete all required concentration courses.
