Constantin College Advisory Council
A Legacy of Liberal Arts Leadership at the Heart of UDallas
At the core of the University of Dallas’ (UDallas) North Star Plan is a bold vision to strengthen academic distinction, enrich the student experience, and form leaders grounded in wisdom, truth, and virtue. The Constantin College Advisory Council plays a vital role in advancing this mission as part of UDallas’ broader network of Advisory Councils—dedicated groups of volunteer leaders who champion the University’s mission through counsel, engagement, and philanthropy.
Composed of passionate alumni, parents, and friends, the Constantin College Advisory
Council supports the heart of UDallas’ liberal arts tradition. Members work closely
with the Dean to offer strategic insight, elevate the College’s visibility, and promote
the enduring value of the liberal arts in today’s world. From mentorship and career
connections to financial leadership, Council members help ensure the continued excellence
of the undergraduate academic experience.
Through this shared commitment, the Constantin College Advisory Council upholds UDallas’ mission to form thoughtful leaders—men and women prepared to navigate the complexities of the modern world with clarity, compassion, and conviction.

Priority Initiatives
Advisory Council support helps accelerate several priority areas that are central to the mission of Constantin College:
-
Undergraduate Scholarships: Providing essential financial aid that makes a UDallas education accessible to deserving students regardless of background. These scholarships open doors for talented students to study the liberal arts in a deeply Catholic, intellectually rigorous environment.
-
Faculty Research: Advancing original scholarship that directly enriches classroom learning. Council support helps faculty secure resources for research, conferences, and publications that deepen the university’s academic reputation and pedagogical excellence.
-
Academic and Cultural Events: Enhancing campus life through public lectures, symposia, and community programming that engage students and the wider UDallas community with the great ideas and conversations of our time.
UDallas’ Distinctive Advantage: Investing in Constantin College
The University of Dallas stands apart for its ability to form not only some of the brightest students, but also some of the most capable and morally grounded. At Constantin College, we believe in the transformative power of a liberal arts education—an education rooted in the Catholic intellectual tradition, rich in personal mentorship, and sustained by a culture of inquiry and discovery.
UDallas’ liberal arts model emphasizes small classes, faculty who are both scholars and mentors, and a curriculum that nurtures curiosity, critical thinking, and intellectual freedom. At its best, this model prioritizes depth over scale and quality over convenience, creating a student experience that fosters purpose, integrity, and leadership.
