Complete Enrollment Decision/Acceptance Form

Welcome to the UDallas Family!

Please fill out your Enrollment Acceptance Form and start your UDallas adventure! Click here.

Your user ID name is your email. If you do not know your password, click on "reset".

Housing Process

The housing process (which includes selecting a roommate) will be completed through our eRezLife portal, which you will find in your UDallas Banner Web page. Through the eRez portal, a student can fill out a roommate profile, build a roommate group and potentially choose a roommate. You'll also find your housing contract in eRez. For questions, please email studentaffairs@udallas.edu. In you inbox, the eRez email subject line looks exactly like this: "UD - eRezLife Campus Housing Program".

If you are a local commuting student, you will fill out the commuter form in eRezLife.

After you have graduated from high school, please send your final high school transcript to UDallas. This needs to have a date of graduation and an official signature, as well as your final cumulative GPA. (Please know that we will NOT use your final GPA to reevaluate your merit scholarship).

Your school can email the final transcript to admissions@udallas.edu.

If you have taken dual credit while in high school, please send your official transcripts from the awarding institution's registrar's office to UDallas.

Click here for a general overview courses which are likely or not likely to transfer in for UD CORE credit. For questions, please contact our Transfer Admission Counselor, German Lopez. He handles dual credit evaluations in conjunction with the Dean's Office.

If you took an AP/IB exam, make sure you have your scores sent to UDallas. Here’s information on how to send scores and information on what credit you could earn with your scores. Contact German Lopez in the Admissions Office for questions.

Use the "Report Your Scholarships Form" to report any outside scholarships you have earned so the UDallas financial aid office can add them to your account.

Please complete your health form by July 1. This requires a doctor’s appointment so schedule your doctor's visit weeks prior to July 1. After completing the health form, scan the pages and email to udhealthclinic@udallas.edu as attachments or mail to:

University of Dallas
Student Health Services Center
1845 E. Northgate Drive

Please login to your UDallas Status portal and click on the "Student Life" link to see what forms you will need to fill out.

If you plan on staying on your parents' health insurance plan, you will need to complete an Insurance Waiver form online. Please click here.

Once you complete this form, the $1,900 UDallas insurance bill will be removed from your account.

For questions, please email udhealthclinic@udallas.edu.

Please complete the FERPA form and submit to the Registrar’s Office via email to registrar@udallas.edu or fax to (972) 721-5132 or mail to:

For your first semester only, you will not register for your classes until orientation. A course selection survey will be sent to you by Dr. Andrews via email in mid-June or early July. Please respond to this survey with alacrity so that our academic dean can create a first semester course schedule for you. This survey will ask you about your intended major (although it’s totally okay to be “undecided!”), proficiency in certain subjects, potential credit from dual credit classes and AP exams, preferred professors, class interests, and more. With this information, you will be scheduled for a course load that fits your intended major (if decided) and enrolls you in the proper Core curriculum courses. You will get a preliminary schedule in late July/early August. When you arrive at orientation, you will have your final schedule in your move-in packet and your academic advisor's name. You will have the chance to meet with your advisor during orientation, and then, you will be able to tweak your schedule before classes begin.

Your first bill will be sent to you in early-June, with payment arrangements due by August 1. To make sure that the charges on your first bill are correct, please make sure to complete the following. You can read all about setting up a five, four, or three-month payment plan via our Student Account Services page.

  • Complete the scholarship acceptance form (linked to your UDallas Admission Status Portal).
  • Accept your need-based aid, if available, in UDallas’ BannerWeb. Here are instructions on how to do that.
  • Complete the verification process, if you were selected for verification. If you were selected for verification, the "Financial Aid" tab of your checklist in your UDallas Admission Status Portal will list "Verification Worksheet" as a required item. For more information on verification, read the second bullet point on this page.
  • Optional: After accepting the federal loans in Banner, you will finalize the process by completing Entrance Counseling and a Master Promissory Note (MPN) at studentloans.gov.
  • Optional: Waive the yearbook fee if you do not wish to order a yearbook. Here’s how to do that.

    Important note:

    Bank Mobile

When you receive information about signing up for something called Bank Mobile, it's not a scam. It is the resource we use to provide students refunds should a refund be necessary. It's free and safe.

Congratulations! And happy packing! Plan ahead and feel free to ask questions. We are with you every step of the way.

Welcome to the UDallas family!
