Suzanne Hansen has more than 20 years of IT experience holding various leadership roles in Product Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, Program/Project Management and Finance. She managed numerous global customer strategic initiative investment programs and supported cross functional teams comprised of sales, business partners, development engineering, marketing launch, corporate, delivery operations and service deployment implementation team members.

Suzanne has served as Vice President for Marketing/Board of Directors for PMI Dallas and her corporate career encompassed supporting multiple industries working for large global IT Fortune 500 companies. Program offerings supported include new Product Release software/application services development, CRM, Data Warehousing, ERP implementations, various Outsourcing Web, Telecommunications, Service Desk ITIL re-engineering and Cloud Computing outsourcing infrastructure Programs.

She is an adjunct professor teaching management courses for the University of Dallas Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business. Her professional management association memberships include IT Service Management Foundation and Project Management International. Suzanne holds a PMP certification, received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and MBA from University of Dallas.
