LaCoya Williams, MS

LaCoya Williams is the Director of Human Resources and Deputy Title IX Coordinator at the University of Dallas where she has been employed since 2014. She is involved in a number of things in HR at UD. However, some of her responsibilities include overseeing and preparing the Affirmative Action Plan, review, testing, and implementation of all HRIS system things and she serves as the HR liaison for areas such has Information Systems/Technology and Payroll. Additionally, she oversees Talent Acquisition and the management of the student employment program and reviews and recommends department process improvements. Prior to working for UD she was employed for Dallas County Health and Human Services for 7 years.

LaCoya earned a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Tarleton State University. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Tarleton. She loves spending time with her husband and their daughter.
