• External Funding Inquiry Form .  Faculty should submit this form to alert the Advancement office of an interest in seeking external funding, to share potential donor information, or to provide feedback from a current donor.  The earlier in the process that this form is submitted, the better the outcome we can expect.  A representative from our Advancement team will reach out to you once the form is submitted.
