Treasure Valley Classical Academy is seeking a mathematics faculty member to teach various classes in the upper school (7th grade and up). In the coming year, this teacher will teach classes in the range of pre-Algebra to Algebra I. In future years, this faculty position will grow to include teaching subjects such as Geometry (including Euclidian proofs), Algebra II, and possibly pre-Calculus. The candidate should have a strong background in mathematics, preferably holding a master’s degree in mathematics, have experience teaching in a classical school, and also have demonstrable experience with a conceptual approach to teaching mathematics.
