
IRVING, Texas (Aug. 26, 2025) -- A number of employees were recently hired or promoted to fill key administrative, enrollment and development positions at the University of Dallas, including the following whose roles are notable for their interface with the campus community:
- Sherri Collier, MBA ’19, is now the Assistant Dean of Graduate Enrollment and Student Services. She began serving the graduate community in 2016 as the Graduate Enrollment and Student Services Coordinator for the Neuhoff School of Ministry. In her new role, she will lead the College of Business’s graduate student recruitment and admissions, as well as the student advising teams.
- Kevin Grillot was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Development & University Relations. In his new role, Grillot is responsible for annual giving campaigns, storytelling and donor stewardship. Since January 2023, he has served as the Director of Stewardship and has led in building a culture of gratitude, including creating an annual Scholarship Dinner, meaningfully engaging over 1,000 loyalty donors, and guiding cross-departmental collaboration to award the most endowed scholarships in the last decade.
- Jeanette Pace has been promoted to Manager, Event and Venue Systems, within the Office of Development & University Relations. She manages the university’s EMS Venue Reservation System, and is the main point of contact for faculty, staff and student organizations who need to reserve a room. Jeanette previously served as Events Coordinator and has been with the university since 2023.
- Tim Peruzzi, BA ’21, joined the university in July as the Manager, Conference Services & Summer Operations, within the Office of Development & University Relations. The position focused on serving external clients such as nonprofits, youth sports organizations, and business or professional associations who rent university space for summer conferences and events.
- Dr. Matthew Spring, an affiliate assistant professor of English, will take on a new role as the Executive Director of Academic Support and Public Speaking Program, overseeing the Center for Academic Success, the Center for Rhetoric and Public Speaking, the Seven Arts of Language, and the Tutoring Center. This position is within the Office of the Provost, which oversees academic affairs.
