CEO Magazine recognition marks a decade of sustained excellence and growth for the Gupta College of Business.

IRVING, Texas (June 17, 2026) —The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program in the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business at the University of Dallas has been named to CEO Magazine's 2026 Global DBA Listing, marking the program's tenth consecutive year of recognition among the world's leading DBA programs.
CEO Magazine's annual Global DBA Listing evaluates programs based on accreditation, faculty quality, geography and international standing. The University of Dallas is among 110 institutions worldwide recognized in the 2026 listing.
The milestone reflects a decade of growth and continued investment in doctoral business education. Since first appearing in the ranking, the Gupta College of Business has strengthened its curriculum, expanded its global reach, enhanced faculty expertise and maintained a focus on helping experienced professionals apply rigorous research to real-world business challenges.
"What makes me most proud is that we have built one of the premier DBA programs in the world while remaining true to our mission of serving experienced business professionals," said Dr. Greg Bell, senior associate dean and professor of management in the Gupta College of Business.
Founded as the first DBA program in Texas accredited by AACSB International, a distinction held by fewer than 6% of business schools worldwide, the program was designed for executives, entrepreneurs and senior leaders seeking to combine advanced research with practical application. Over the past decade, graduates have advanced into executive leadership roles, transitioned into higher education, published research and led organizational change across industries.
Bell said the program's sustained recognition is rooted in a long-term commitment to quality and reflects a reputation earned through consistency, innovation and student success.
"Our faculty are accomplished scholars and dedicated mentors. Our students are experienced professionals who bring significant leadership experience into the classroom," Bell said. "Recognition follows quality, and quality has been our focus from day one."
The tenth consecutive recognition reflects both the program’s strong foundation and its continued momentum as the Gupta College of Business looks toward the next decade.
"This tenth consecutive recognition is not a finish line," Bell said. "It is confirmation that the program is well positioned for its next decade of growth and influence."
