Public Reporting

The University of Dallas provides two primary sources for information regarding certain types of civil rights and criminal violations that are reported to the University.

Clery Reporting

The University includes information about sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and other criminal allegations in its daily crime log and in its annual security and fire safety report.

SB 212 (Texas Education Code § 51.253) Reporting

The University includes information about reports of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking, in its annual SB 212 report.
