Registered clubs and organizations are required to renew at the end of each semester in order to be remain active for the following semester. This is done by club officers filling out the Semester Summary Form sent to them by the Clubs & Orgs Intern.
Clubs that do not renew the semester prior will be considered inactive for the current semester and lose all privileges accorded to clubs in good standing.
Clubs that have been inactive for less than a year may be renewed by contacting the Student Activities Assistant for further assistance. If a club has been inactive for more than one year, it must re-register as a new organization and then reapply for a charter from Student Government.
